Users can belong to one of the following roles:
Loan Officer – user can only view/edit their own files. Reporting is limited to the user data only.
Branch Manager – this user can view/edit files for any user assigned to their branch. Reporting is limited to branch data only.
Regional Manager – this user can view/edit files for any user assigned to their region. Reporting is limited to region data only.
Client Admin – this user can view/edit files for any user in your corporate account. Reporting contains entire corporate account data. This role also can manage corporate account settings, add/edit/delete users.
Import users from a .csv or .txt file if you have a large amount of users to setup.
Export a user list in .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx format.
NMLS ID Sync
Sync user NMLS IDs from a master list of Employee ID’s.
Welcome email with account details is automatically sent when new active users are created.
Strong passwords are enforced. Set your own password expiration policy.
Upload your corporate logo and it will automatically be included when new user accounts are created.
